Hi! My name is Mateusz, and I created TropiEstate for a simple reason:
When I was searching for apartments and services in Thailand, I had no idea where to start. Most websites were outdated or full of sketchy listings with no contact details. People kept messaging me: “Can you recommend a massage place?” “Do you know a good agent for condos?” “Where can I rent a car without getting scammed?” I was replying one by one, which took a lot of time and didn’t scale.
That’s why I built one place where everything is clear and easy to find – a website that:
- connects people with real listings for properties and services,
- lets users contact owners, agents or service providers directly,
- charges no commission or transaction fees,
- and gives businesses and individuals a way to promote their offers for free.
